Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted *within 24 hours of receiving your order*. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return approval.
To qualify for a return:
- The product packaging must remain unopened and unused.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns are subject to approval by Rosa Mollis.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the total order amount. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the remaining balance will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request that you:
- Provide photos of the damaged shipment or incorrect item
- Submit details of the issue so we can properly evaluate the claim.
If the return is approved, the product must be *shipped back within 5 days* of receiving return instructions.
Return Authorization
All returns must receive prior authorization from Rosa Mollis. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
